Frequently Asked Questions
Are ranks permanent?
Depends on the type of rank. We offer temporary ranks for a lower subscription fee, and we offer lifetime ranks, which do not expire.
Can I buy a rank for someone else?
Yes. Gifting is allowed, just make sure to enter their correct username at checkout.
Can rank perks change?
Yes. Rank perks may be updated to maintain balance or improve the server experience. The rank itself remains permanent, but changes to perks do not qualify for refunds.
I didn't receive my rank. What do I do?
Open a support ticket on Discord or contact us via email.
Do you offer refunds?
Generally no. Exceptions may be made for verified technical issues. Reach out and let's try to get to a resolution that works for you.
